Lead Search - SEA

As a Lead Search you’re responsible for leading a talented team of SEA specialists, guiding them in their personal development, supporting their goals, and ensuring they deliver outstanding results. You’ll be the strategic force behind multi-market paid search campaigns, helping top brands grow through tailored, data-driven search strategies. Alongside your leadership role, you’ll manage your own client portfolio, building high-performing campaigns and acting as a trusted marketing advisor. You collaborate closely with creatives, analysts, and other departments to bring integrated digital strategies to life. You stay ahead of trends, anticipate industry shifts, and adapt campaigns accordingly. AI, automation, and data aren’t just buzzwords for you—they’re tools you confidently use to push results further. You’re constantly evaluating performance, spotting opportunities, and translating data into clear, actionable insights. Whether it’s coaching your team, presenting strategies to clients, or optimizing campaigns, you combine people leadership with digital expertise to deliver value on every front.

What We Expect

• You have 5+ years of experience in managing and optimizing paid search and shopping campaigns
• You’ve mentored or led digital marketing professionals in a previous role
• You think strategically and know how to align client goals with campaign execution
• You’re experienced with tools like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and automation platforms
• You’re confident in presenting ideas and solutions, both to clients and your team
• You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
• You speak and write English fluently
