Job Description

As a Data & Analytics Specialist, you are the cornerstone of making our marketing activities measurable. You collect, analyze, and present data from various sources, such as CRM systems and marketing tools. Your insights form the foundation for strategic decisions within our marketing team. You ensure the quality and accuracy of reports and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. In addition, you optimize digital campaigns, collaborating closely with various teams to define and achieve KPIs. Training and knowledge sharing are part of your responsibilities, ensuring stakeholders can make the most of data insights. You’re constantly working on improving processes and ensuring efficiency. Innovation drives you, and you keep a close eye on the latest trends in data analysis and digital marketing. With your expertise, you ensure our campaigns are not only successful but also highly measurable.

What Is Expected

  • A relevant degree in marketing, data analysis, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce and CRM analytics; knowledge of social and search analytics is a plus.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with tools like Python is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with digital campaigns and best practices (LinkedIn and Google Search).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to make technical information accessible.
  • A proactive and results-oriented work ethic with attention to detail.
