Key Responsibilities
1. Communications & PR Leadership
- Develop and execute a global communications strategy that reinforces the company’s position as a thought leader
- Set the standards for corporate PR, ensuring a structured, high-impact approach to messaging and reputation management.
- Own and enhance the company’s brand storytelling, ensuring consistency and a highly polished corporate voice.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with top-tier media, influencers, and industry analysts to amplify the company’s reach and credibility.
- Lead global PR efforts, ensuring alignment across different regions and key markets.
2. Thought Leadership & Content Strategy
- Elevate the company’s thought leadership strategy, ensuring key subject-matter experts are featured in top publications, speaking engagements, and industry events.
- Partner with the research team to turn data-driven insights into compelling, globally relevant content.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment between content, PR, and product marketing to support growth and brand expansion.
- Oversee the execution of premium, high-impact content across multiple channels.
- Drive campaign messaging consistency, ensuring regional teams have the right tools and resources to execute effectively.
3. Client-Focused Marketing & Events
- Oversee client relationship marketing, ensuring a seamless communication strategy for key clients and partners.
- Develop engaging client events, leveraging them as a tool to strengthen relationships, celebrate milestones, and drive retention.
- Support the regional marketing team with tailored communication strategies to enhance engagement.
- Lead the development of pre-toolkits for campaigns, ensuring regional teams are equipped with best-in-class assets.
4. Brand Execution & Strategic Messaging
- Define and execute the company’s brand vision, mission, and purpose, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Lead the communication and content teams, ensuring a streamlined, cohesive voice across the organization.
- Develop high-impact executive pitches and product positioning strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and sales, to ensure the brand aligns with commercial objectives.
What They Expect
✔ 10–15 years of experience in corporate communications, PR and brand leadership (10–15 years)
✔ Proven experience in SaaS, tech, or a B2B growth-driven company
(300–600 employees ideal in scale up setting where you were an important factor for at least 3-5 years at 2 companies).
✔ Strong ability to lead strategic messaging, thought leadership, and executive positioning.
✔ Background in both agency and in-house corporate marketing (must have client-side experience).
✔ Experience in global communications, working with multinational teams across key GDP hubs.
✔ Ability to scale and build a communications function, balancing in-house teams and external agencies.
✔ Experience managing high-growth PR and brand strategies, ensuring consistency across multiple markets.
✔ Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to influence C-level executives.
✔ Expertise in budget allocation for marketing and communications in millions.
